California Complete CE Packages – Our most popular packages have everything you need to renew your real estate license.

Package 1: Salespersons renewing for the first time. Real estate salespersons renewing an original license for the first time must complete five separate three-hour DRE-approved continuing education courses in Ethics, Agency, Trust Fund Handling, Fair Housing and Risk Management. This 15 hour package is only $38 and includes:

  1. Agency - 3 Hours
  2. Trust Funds - 3 Hours
  3. Ethics - 3 Hours
  4. Fair Housing - 3 Hours
  5. Risk Management Risk for Profit - 6 Hours

Package 2: Brokers renewing for the first time. Real estate brokers renewing an original license for the first time must complete 45 clock hours of DRE-approved continuing education. This 45 hour package is only $45 and includes:

  1. Duty to Disclose - 12 Hours
  2. Agency - 3 Hours
  3. Environmental Issues - 12 Hours
  4. Trust Funds - 3 Hours
  5. Managing Risk for Profit - 6 Hours
  6. Ethics - 3 Hours
  7. Fair Housing - 3 Hours
  8. Residential Property Inspection Process - 4 Hours

Package 3: For salespersons and brokers renewing after the first time. For subsequent renewals, all real estate brokers and salespersons must complete 45 clock hours of DRE-approved continuing education. This 45 hour package is only $45 and includes:

  1. Survey - 6 Hours
  2. Buyer’s Agency - 5 Hours
  3. Residential Property Inspection Process - 4 Hours
  4. Duty to Disclose - 12 Hours
  5. Environmental Issues - 12 Hours
  6. Managing Risk for Profit - 6 Hours
